BACKGROUND
Robert specializes in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and post-acquisition services advising private equity firms, businesses, and entrepreneurs on over 200 transactions. He has approximately 16 years of professional experience, with 12 years focused on transaction advisory services.
Prior to co-founding Firethorn, Robert was a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Transaction Advisory Group.
Robert lives in Atlanta with his wife, daughter and their Irish Doodle. Outside of work, Robert enjoys traveling with his family, golf, skiing, and hunting.
