BACKGROUND
Ro specializes in providing accounting and financial analysis for buy-side, sell-side, and post-transaction matters for private equity firms, companies, and entrepreneurs, with a focus on healthcare.
Ro has approximately 11 years of transaction and accounting experience at global consulting firms and advised on over 125 transactions. Prior to co-founding Firethorn, he was a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal’s Transaction Advisory Group within the Healthcare vertical.
Ro grew up in Tampa rooting for all the Tampa Bay sports team with his identical twin and now co-partner at Firethorn. Outside of the office he enjoys cooking and traveling the world with his wife and raising their new Irish Doodle puppy.
