BACKGROUND
Scott Waugh specializes in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity firms, businesses, and entrepreneurs. Prior to joining Firethorn, Scott was a Manager in PwC’s Deals Practice. During his seven years at PwC, including nearly four years in the Deals Practice, he provided transaction advisory and financial due diligence services to private equity and corporate clients.
Scott lives in Atlanta with his wife. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time at the lake with his family, playing golf, and following Auburn football.
